What do I do?
I have been making custom projects for over 20 years. A few projects can be found under my “Previous Projects”. All these are unique, no two projects are alike.
My recent ventures have been in the area of end grain cutting boards. I use high quality wood types that are strong and durable yet do not blunt knives. The finish used is a cross linked cured oil that is durable, food safe and water resistant.
Charcuterie boards are a great thing to have when entertaining guests. I created a selection of classic paddle shared styles with handles and also unique styles based on diagonally milled sliced lumber with unique shapes due to the uniqueness of each tree.
My favourite wood is black walnut due to its beautiful dark colour and durability. The finish used is a cross linked cured oil that is durable, food safe and water resistant.
